  8. Reputation (optional): We survey your customers (or other audiences such as investors, leads or partners)
  9. Audience Feedback: if you've collected any feedback, we evaluate its comments and its statistical significance
  10. Financials: we take financial measures which we use to evaluate all the above measures. We use a simple spreadsheet tool for this.
