- Enquiries: we measure enquiries and contact attempts against potential behaviour (using our industry research). Result - an estimate of fixable interactivity shortfall and its value to you.
- Functionality: we measure the simplicity and brevity of processes and check for important missing features.
- Design: we assess your visual appearance, using customer surveys and the site's visual messages within a framework of marketing fundamentals.
- Usability: we run a 14-point usability assessment site-wide, to gauge the ease of use of the site
- Reputation (optional): We survey your customers (or other audiences such as investors, leads or partners)
- Audience Feedback: if you've collected any feedback, we evaluate its comments and its statistical significance
- Financials: we take financial measures which we use to evaluate all the above measures. We use a simple spreadsheet tool for this.
