Return on Web Investment

what to expect >

A juicy 500% is the minimum return you should expect on our web projects. Why?

  • to satisfy the board
  • to focus the team on gain, not cost
  • to plan costs and risks properly

Yes, all of these. But why 500%? Why not 326%? Well, no scientific reason - but in our experience, it's high enough to get director and managerial attention, and low enough to be achievable. And it is VERY easy - for almost every business.

how to do it >

We start all our projects with financial fundamentals. They're not compulsory, and for smaller projects, our clients sometimes skip this step.

But we like to know how high we're all aiming before we start. So we provide a small financial analysis - even for projects as small as web brochures and facelifts. And that forms the basis for our marketing fundamentals work.
